At BabyOrgano, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully regarding our shipping, payment, and returns policies.

Order and Payment Terms

  • Payment and Order Confirmation: You agree to ensure payment for any items you purchase from us and acknowledge that prices are subject to change without prior notice. When placing an order, you agree to provide us with a valid email address, shipping address, and billing information.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, errors in the information provided or availability issues. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.
  • Additional Information: We may request additional information to confirm your purchase and may place further restrictions on the sale of any of our products.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over ₹499, applicable to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders.
  • Standard Shipping: A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499, regardless of payment mode.

Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 3-10 business days after dispatch
  • Shipment Adjustments: Shipment costs and delivery dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its status until delivery.

Returns and Replacement Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products: Given the sensitive nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Replacement Policy for Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with during transit, you may request a replacement. To do so, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@babyorgano.com with details and proof of the damage.
    • After 48 hours of receipt, requests related to damaged, broken, or tampered items will not be entertained.
    • Replacement requests are subject to review, and the final decision on replacement eligibility rests with BabyOrgano.
  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: In case of incorrect address details or unavailability, undelivered orders may be canceled
