Cold Relief Roll-On - from 0 months

• Up to 1 year - On their t-shirt, a hanky or the pillow beside them. Never on the skin.
• 1 year and above - Roll gently on the chest, back and feet. Socks on after.
• 2–3 times a day, before naps and bedtime especially

Sitopaladi Churna - from 1 year

• 1 to 3 years - a pinch, 2–3 times a day
• 3 to 10 years - ½ tsp, 2–3 times a day
• 10+ years and adults - 1 tsp, 2–3 times a day
• Mix with equal parts honey into a thick paste. For a wet cough, mix into lukewarm water instead.
• Always after meals - the spices are warming and can feel sharp on an empty stomach

Never give honey to a child under 12 months. For children under 1 year, use the roll-on only.
