How To Use?

Baalprashan Drops - every morning

  • 0 to 1 year - 1 drop on Pushya Nakshatra
  • 1 to 4 years - 2 drops daily
  • 4 to 8 years - 4 drops daily
  • 8 years and above - 8 drops daily
  • First thing, on an empty stomach. Wait 15–20 minutes before food or milk.



Cold Relief Roll-On - when the nose blocks

  • Up to 1 year - On their t-shirt, a hanky or the pillow beside them. Never on the skin.
  • 1 year and above - Roll gently on the chest, back and feet. Socks on after.
  • 2–3 times a day, before naps and bedtime especially

5 Questions Parents Ask
Why are immunity drops and a cold roll-on sold together?

Because they do two different jobs. The drops are a daily habit that works on the ordinary days that's when immunity is built. The roll-on is for the nights when a cold has already arrived. Having only one means either fewer colds with no relief when they come, or relief every time with the same number of colds.

Can I use both on the same day?

Yes. The drops go in first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The roll-on goes on the chest, back and feet two to three times a day, or on clothing for babies up to 1 year. They don't interact one is taken, one is applied.

Are both safe for a newborn?

Both are suitable from 0 months. For babies under 1 year, Baalprashan is given on Pushya Nakshatra rather than daily, and the roll-on goes on clothing or a pillow beside them rather than on the skin it works through the vapour alone. Both are FDCA approved and the roll-on is paediatrician and dermatologically tested.

How long before we see fewer colds?

The drops work gradually. The clinical study ran for 90 days and measured monthly sick days falling from 3.5 to 1.3 over that period. Give them at least three months and don't stop and restart. The roll-on works within minutes, every time you use it.
