How To Use?

Cold Relief Roll-On

  • Up to 1 year - On their t-shirt, a hanky or the pillow beside them. Never on the skin.
  • 1 year and above - Roll gently on the chest, back and feet. Socks on after.
  • How often - 2–3 times a day. Before feeds and before bedtime especially.



Hing Roll-On

  • All ages - Roll gently around the navel and lower tummy. Slow clockwise circles.
  • How often - 2–3 times a day, at the first sign of discomfort.



Both on the same night?

Yes, and this is how most parents use it. Cold roll-on on the chest or clothes before the feed, so the nose is clearer while they drink. Hing roll-on on the tummy after, for whatever air still got swallowed.

Why are a cold roll-on and a tummy roll-on sold together?

Because the two problems feed each other. A blocked nose makes a baby breathe through their mouth, and feeding with an open mouth means swallowing air which becomes trapped gas. Clearing the nose alone leaves the gas that's already there. Easing the tummy alone means it happens again at the next feed. The combo covers both ends of the same chain.

Can I use both on the same night?

Yes. Most parents use the cold roll-on before a feed, so the nose is clearer while the baby drinks, and the hing roll-on after the feed for any air that still got swallowed. Keep them to different areas chest or clothing for one, navel for the other.

Which one should I use first?

If your child is congested, coughing or breathing through their mouth, start with the cold roll-on that's usually where the problem begins. If they're drawing their legs up or crying sharply after a feed, the hing roll-on is the more urgent one right then.

Are both safe for the same age?
