How To Use?

Baalprashan Drops - morning

  • 0–1 year - 1 drop on Pushya Nakshatra
  • 1–4 years - 2 drops daily
  • 4–8 years - 4 drops daily
  • 8+ years - 8 drops daily
  • First thing, on an empty stomach. Wait 15–20 minutes before food or milk.

Panch Tulsi Drops - through the day

  • 2–5 years - 1 drop in 200ml water, or 3 drops in 1 litre
  • 5 years and above - 2–3 drops in 200ml, or 3–5 drops in 1 litre
  • Best in lukewarm water, 2–3 times a day
  • Add to the morning water bottle and let them sip through the day

How both fit one day

Baalprashan is the first thing in the morning, before breakfast the ritual. Panch Tulsi goes into the water bottle right after, sipped across the day the habit. One is a moment; one runs in the background.

It's called Swarnaprashan, and it appears in the Kashyapa Samhita. Ayurveda's oldest text on children. Baalprashan is the first to put it through a published clinical study.

Can I give both on the same day?

Yes, and that's how the combo works. Baalprashan first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Panch Tulsi in the day's water, two to three times. One is taken as drops, one goes into water they don't interact.

My child is 1. Can I use this?

Baalprashan is suitable from 0 months for under 1s, it's given on Pushya Nakshatra rather than daily. Panch Tulsi is from 2 years, so it comes in as your child grows. Start with the Swarnaprashan now and add the tulsi at two. If there's an older child in the house, both are in use from day one.

Is Baalprashan really clinically tested?

Yes. A 90-day study, led by our in-house formulator Dr. Urvi Ashani and published in the International Journal of Current Research, measured immunity markers rising 25% and monthly sick days falling from 3.5 to 1.3.
